Our team of experts
Our team at NPB is run by Michele Bennett MCIPP Dip, who also tutors for the payroll qualification body the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals.
Michele has successfully managed and grown the payroll bureau for the last 10 years, and has been vital in overseeing the transformation from a small payroll department into a bureau providing services to a wide range of businesses, ranging from small companies with a single employee, to larger businesses and charities with up to 1000 employees.
The bureau currently processes around 1,000 payslips a week from 200 clients.
The team have strong expertise in the care sector, which has seen considerable growth.
Michele is supported by a dedicated team of payroll administrators including Emma, Anthony, Teresa and Emma. All are encouraged to undertake CIPP qualifications. The bureau is also supported by Julie who provides vital administrative assistance.
